AI advisor for companies that need it to actually work

“We’ve tried AI and nothing stuck.”

Most companies have tried AI: a few chats, a pilot, a strategy deck. Nothing changed in how the work gets done. I build the systems that do change it, with your team, and leave them running.

What I actually do

  1. 01Find the two or three places where AI changes your numbers, usually in sales, operations or content, before anyone buys a tool.
  2. 02Build a company brain: your files, data and rules in one place the AI can read, so every answer starts from your context.
  3. 03Turn the tasks you repeat into skills: written recipes the AI runs the same way every time.
  4. 04Put the routines on a schedule. Research, follow-ups and reports are drafted for you, and a person approves anything that goes out.
  5. 05Train your people to run and improve it, so it does not depend on me.

What you walk away with

  • Working systems your team uses on Monday, not a strategy deck.
  • A clear map of where AI pays back first, and where it does not.
  • People who can build the next one themselves.

Questions

Questions

Do we need developers or a data team to start?

No. Most of what I build runs on AI tools your team can subscribe to today, connected to the systems you already use: email, calendar, CRM and files. Developers come in only when a system needs a custom connection.

Which tools do you use?

The tools matter less than the order you build in. I usually start with Claude or ChatGPT connected to your files, CRM and inbox, and add automation tools such as n8n once a routine is stable.

What about our data?

We decide together what the AI can read, and we start where the risk is lowest. Anything that writes produces a draft first, and a person approves it before it leaves the company.

We already tried AI and it did not stick. Why would this be different?

That is the usual starting point. It rarely fails because of the model. It fails because the AI starts from zero every time, with no context and no routine. We fix that first.

How soon do we see something working?

A workshop ends with something working that day. A project is scoped so the first system is in use before the project ends.

Can you talk to our board or leadership team about AI?

Yes. I run sessions for boards and leadership teams on what AI changes in the business, and give keynotes for larger audiences, in English or Portuguese.

Let's talk about what you're building.

Thirty minutes, no deck. Tell me where it's stuck and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person.

Email is the fastest way to reach me. I read everything.
