Advisory

Board advisor and independent board member

Three ways to work together, on three problems: making AI work, growing faster, and working with startups. Each one starts with a 30-minute call.

Three ways to work together

  1. 01

    Workshop

Half a day or a full day, with your team

    Good for
Teams that need to see what AI can do in their own work, and leave with a plan.
    You get
A working system or a decided plan, built with your people in the room.
    Fee
    On request
  2. 02

    Scoped project

4 to 12 weeks, fixed scope, fixed fee

    Good for
One problem worth solving properly: an AI system, a growth engine, a startup programme.
    You get
The thing built and running, and your team able to run it without me.
    Fee
    On request
  3. 03

    Board advisor

    Monthly or quarterly

    Good for
Founders and boards that want an operator’s view on AI, growth and go-to-market.
    You get
A regular seat at the table, as an advisor or an independent board member.
    Fee
    On request

What I get called about

Three problems.

Why an operator

66%
smaller sales team for the same results, with an agentic system I designed and built
20+
years running sales, partnerships, communities and operations
300+
events in 20 cities with Portugal Tech Week, built from zero with no production budget

Questions

Before you book.

What does a board advisor do?

I join your leadership or board conversations on a regular rhythm, monthly or quarterly, and bring an operator’s view on AI, growth and go-to-market. Between meetings I am available for the decisions that cannot wait.

Can you join our board as an independent member?

Yes, where the company and the role fit. We talk about the board, the stage of the company and what you need from the seat on the first call.

What is the difference between a workshop and a project?

A workshop is one or two days with your team and ends with a working system or a decided plan. A project runs for 4 to 12 weeks with a fixed scope and ends with the thing built and in use.

Do you build AI systems or only advise?

Both. I build AI systems for my own work every day: a company brain, agents that run research and follow-ups on a schedule, a video editing pipeline, and a sales system that delivers the same results with a team 66% smaller. In a project, we build with your people so they can run it after I leave.

Who do you work with?

Founders and company leaders on AI and growth, and corporates and cities that want to work with startups.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the format and the scope. Workshops and projects have a fixed fee, agreed before we start. Tell me what you need on the first call and I will tell you the fee.

Where do you work, and in which languages?

I am based in Lisbon and work with clients across the world, in person or remotely, in English or Portuguese.

What happens on the first call?

Thirty minutes, no deck. You tell me where things are stuck, and I tell you honestly whether I am the right person and which format fits.

Let's talk about what you're building.

Thirty minutes, no deck. Tell me where it's stuck and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person.

Email is the fastest way to reach me. I read everything.
