Growth advisor for founders and companies

“We need to grow and the playbook stopped working.”

When the old playbook stops working, more spend rarely fixes it. I look at the whole engine, from pipeline and partnerships to community and automation, and rebuild the part that is broken, usually with less budget, not more.

What I actually do

  1. 01Find where growth actually leaks: who buys, why they stall, and which segments you can win.
  2. 02Design a sales process that matches how your buyers decide, so a stalled deal can be diagnosed instead of guessed at.
  3. 03Build partnership and sponsorship revenue priced on access to your audience, not on logo placement.
  4. 04Use community and content as a channel, not a cost.
  5. 05Automate the research, scoring, follow-ups and reporting, so your team sells instead of typing.

What you walk away with

  • A growth plan built on your own numbers.
  • A pipeline and a process that do not depend on one person.
  • Automation that removes the admin from selling.

Le Wagon São Paulo · growth

Three times the sales in one cohort, with no marketing budget.

I took over the São Paulo campus and rebuilt the funnel from who was really buying and why they hesitated. Sales in one cohort tripled with no marketing budget, and the NPS stayed at 96.

Questions

Questions

We have no marketing budget. Can we still grow?

Yes. Most of my best results came with no marketing budget at all: Le Wagon São Paulo, 351 Startups and Portugal Tech Week. Budget is rarely the first constraint.

Do you only advise, or do you also sell?

In a project I sell alongside your team, on real calls and real deals. Then I write the process down so it does not depend on me.

Do you work with B2B or B2C?

Mostly B2B, including companies that sell to institutions, partners and communities. I have also grown consumer programmes, such as Le Wagon in Brazil and Portugal.

Where does AI come in?

Wherever your team repeats work: lead research, scoring, follow-ups and reporting. The AI page explains how I build it.

How long does a growth engagement take?

Most growth work runs as a scoped project of 4 to 12 weeks, or as a monthly or quarterly advisory role.

What do you need from us to start?

Access to the numbers you have, an hour with the people who sell, and one person on your side who owns the result.

Let's talk about what you're building.

Thirty minutes, no deck. Tell me where it's stuck and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person.

Email is the fastest way to reach me. I read everything.
